Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 Release Date set for August (Video)

(WP693CRGNCMJ) According to Asus UK, the new Asus Memo Pad HD 7 is expected to go on sale this August.  The 8GB model will be $129 and the 16GB model will be $149.  As mentioned in the video above, the Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 will be comparable to the Asus Nexus 7 that was released last summer.  At a starting price of $129, I think these tablets will sell like hotcakes.  Hopefully they perform as well as the Nexus 7 did.
